a technology-based company, specializing in the development of comprehensive payroll
and human resources software. The primary mission
of Stellar Software is to provide an affordable, easy-to-use in-house payroll
solution that is as powerful as the most costly and comprehensive payroll products
on the market. To accomplish this, Stellar Software started development by questioning
CPP’s and CPA's on how just such a system should look and feel. We then
put competent Microsoft certified programmers to develop just such a product.

Certified Payroll Professional supervises technical support and development. Microsoft
Certified Systems Engineers and Solution Developers supervise programming. Payroll
Café, the Company's principal software product has been designed with you,
our customer, in mind.
Management is committed to maintaining a leadership position
in cutting edge reporting strategies to permit the businesses that use its software
to focus on the operations of their businesses. Payroll Café software has
been in continuous use by satisfied corporations since 1998. Payroll Cafe software
is used by corporations of all sizes as well as a cross section of industries
in all fifty states and Puerto Rico. Most important, the software is used by Payroll
Service Bureaus that are in the business of providing accurate, on-time payroll
to their clients.
